Meet the founding team
Lumify was founded by Jeremy Tyree and Alan Gould, two long-time collaborators with extensive experience across telecommunications, technology and business systems.
They started Lumify to make telco easier to manage for businesses, partners, and service providers across Australia. With backgrounds in industry operations, product development, and system design, they wanted Lumify to be practical, reliable, and focused on solving real problems.
Jeremy Tyree | Co-founder & CEO
Jeremy has spent over a decade working across Australia’s telecommunications and ICT sectors, with a focus on improving how services are delivered, billed, and managed. He has founded three companies in the space, including Lumify, Australia’s first dedicated telecom expense management platform. His work has often centred on overlooked areas like complex billing, misaligned incentives, and outdated systems.
Jeremy has worked across both Australia and New Zealand and remains closely involved in conversations around regulation, technology, and how the industry can work better.
Alan Gould | Co-founder & CTO
Alan has 20 years of experience across consulting, marketing, software, and systems delivery. At Lumify, he leads product architecture and development, with a focus on building tools that are practical, stable, and easy to use.
Alan works closely with the client-facing team to take ideas and turn them into working features. His background helps bridge business goals with technical design, making sure the platform fits the needs of both customers and partners.
